Fiona Hoff ( BA(Hons) ITEC METhA ) is the founder of Feel Good Clinic. With a commercial background, mainly working in the field of recruitment in the City, she began to feel 'there must be more to life than this' when she realised that she was in a job which really did not suit or interest her.

At the same time she began to experience typical stress-related problems such as I.B.S. (Irritable bowel syndrome) and muscular aches and pains. She visited several medical consultants who informed her that these symptoms were not related. Not convinced, she proved for herself that what she ate had a direct bearing on not only her intestines and muscles but also on her energy levels and mood. She then became interested in, and set out to find more about, a holistic approach to life.

What Jung would describe as a 'mid-life crisis' enabled her to question things, and to turn her life around while at the same time discover her true vocation. During stressful periods in her life she had turned to Complementary and Natural Health and knew that she wanted to do the same to help others.

Fiona studied Holistic Massage at the renowned West London School of Therapeutic Massage, followed by Reflexology and all of the other treatments detailed on this Website. She was drawn towards therapies which not only treat on a physical level but also to support the emotional and spiritual. She was told by several specialists that she has 'healing abilities' and wanted to explore this further. (Fiona prefers to say that she facilitates healing in others rather than calling herself a healer). Since working in the field of Complementary Health she has lost weight, is drawn to eating healthily and experienced other benefits which seemed to have happened without even trying...I hope that we may be able to do the same for you too.
