LIFE COACHING
Life coaching is centred on setting and then achieving goals. It helps you move from where you are now to where you want to be. You may have one particular area of your life that you would like to work on / improve/ change, or may want to make changes in many areas of your life. The New Year is a typical time to look at this but can be started any day, at any time of the year.
Life Coaching focuses on the here and now and looks at practical ways to improve your life. Remember, anything is possible!
Key areas include: relationships, career, physical health, eating and digestive problems, depression, spiritual growth, weight issues, stress management, work-life balance, and mid-life crisis.
Sometimes other treatments may be suggested in accordance with your individual Life Coaching programme.
Prices
• Prices are dependant upon the number of sessions needed and whether they are conducted face-to-face, over the telephone or by email.
•The number of sessions will be discussed and agreed at the first appointment.
